The Practice of Tai Chi-Qigong

Interested in learning more about the “moving meditation” of Tai Chi and Qigong, and why leading medical centers such as the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medical School recommend these practices to calm the mind, increase energy, and improve overall health? Along with acupuncture and natural medicine, these ancient mind-body exercises comprise Traditional Chinese Medicine, or TCM.
